ABOUT
Talent Intuition helps companies and HR leaders make better informed strategic decisions with a combination of tools for sourcing external talent data as well as offering bespoke people intelligence consultancy. The key product, Stratigens, aims to enable quicker business decisions about workforce and workplace, and gives HR leaders the data they need to transform their business.
PROBLEM
Many companies are struggling with disrupted business landscapes and exposed to the changing demands for skills and scarcity of key talent.
There is a huge amount of data available that HR professionals can access and analyze, but this is a very expensive manual process and would be difficult to acquire and process all that data.
SOLUTION
We developed a big data and web platform to surface complex data into into simple to digest dashboards to enable within 6 seconds strategic questions to be answered and insight given. Data is analyzed and displayed in an interactive format, allowing users to configure reports and collaborate with colleagues.
A lot of time was initially spent wire framing and testing the search process prototype, taking feedback from users and making sure that this key component of the product was streamlined.
Converting what had been a done manually in relation to strategic talent insight into an automated big data platform that enables global businesses bring people into the fore of their decisions and provide the insight and knowledge to make informed strategic decisions about their workforce and their workplace.
We created three distinct and uniquely related logo marks which show the relationship between products under the Talent Intuition group. Two marketing websites were created plus the actual web application solution, where the bulk of attention was focused.
Look and feel was intended to be lightweight and energetic, with an aesthetic that makes it easy to digest complex information. The aim was to not overwhelm users and create a flexible color palette that could be used across all data visualizations.
